I searched for an apartment for three months before finding Legacy of Davie, and moving here has been one of the best decisions I've made. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, respectful, honest, and professional. The property manager even caught an error in my lease and corrected it immediately, which gave me a lot of confidence in the team. I was informed that the flooring needed to be replaced before my move-in, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I arrived on move-in day, the apartment looked brand new. The floors had been completely redone, and even the appliances still had the original protective stickers on them. The entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the excellent communication and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Legacy of Davie to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet community with an amazing staff that genuinely cares about its residents.
