Overall, it is a nice complex. I think the office should be open for more then 2 days. I think the rent should be consistent for 1 year.

We have lived here almost 2 years and am very pleased with our villa. It is just the right size for two people. The grounds always look nice and the other residents are easy to get along with. If we have a maintenance problem Walter is always there to fix it. We are very pleased.
