I have been a resident here for over 11 years now and I could not be happier. The staff - Liz, Sharon and Raven are the best!! They keep this place in tip top shape. If you like the feel of living in the country with woods all around, but want a safe and well cared for place to live, this is it! Concrete and steel construction make the buildings safe in just about any storm you can throw at them. I have been through 2 hurricanes here and not one bit of damage. The grounds are well cared for, the trees on the grounds are trimmed each spring and lawn care is once a week. The streets and parking areas are keeped repaired and up to date. The public spaces in the buildings are cleaned and cared for all the time. If you have a pet, this is the most pet friendly place you will find. Even with the country feel you are still within minutes of shopping and restaurants and all the things you need. I will sum up by saying if you want to rent the best, Ashton Oaks is the place for you.
