This unit is available as a seasonal rental from October 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with a minimum 4-month rental term. A deposit in the amount of 33% of the total term rental is required to reserve the unit, with the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. May-November $6000 per month, peak season December-April $7000 per month.
Tenant is responsible for all applicable HOA application fees and club transfer fees. The golf membership transfer fee is approximately $530. If the lease application is received within 21 days prior to occupancy, the golf transfer fee increases by approximately $110, for a total of approximately $640. Property cannot be leased without the golf membership transfer.
