I moved here from St. Louis and found Monterra online through apartment searches. It really is perfect! So close to the beach, very quiet inside and outside of rhe apartment, pool is great, and the staff and maintenance crew are so helpful and nice.

no sercurity , none residential people come and go as they please, mostly after 6:00 pm. management and maintenance staff say the can not inter act. two or three family’s liveing in apartment s. most none residents living with family or. friends.

Not worth it, don't waste your money.

Pool is always under repair. They constantly increase rent with no extras, install smart devices at additional costs at renters expense without consent. There's never any parking. The pool is always full with non residents. Non residents utilize all the amenities at renters expense.

Spacious apartment

My husband and I just sold our house and moved in to our new apartment last week while our new house is being built. We are so happy that the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment gave us plenty of space with no tight walkways and actually saved us from having to get a second storage unit while in the transition from one house to another. We have met a few neighbors in our building who seemed very friendly and are grateful to find that the community seems to be a quiet, respectful place so far. We are excited to explore the area after being told great things about living in walking distance of downtown Bonita Springs and within biking distance from Bonita Beach! I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Love Monterra Living

I have lived in Monterra for a year almost and I have found that I am very happy here. The staff have been wonderful to both me and my child. Beautiful place to live. Highly recommended but consideration does need to be made for the amount of rent that we pay.
