My neighborhood

I have been living here for about 15 years and like any place it have its ups and downs .. for the most part I love my apartment it is a large 2 bedroom and have plenty of space for company ..Parking is ok but we have a lot of cars that do not belong to any residents... the noise is ok but I my upstairs neighbors sound like a marching band at all times of the night... Maintenance and staff is pleasant and welcoming ... As far as the location and value I would say that the location is good but surrounding neighborhoods make it questionable to me and the value I would say the same... but over all I enjoy my hood..
