Great location and price! Can be a bit noisy because of the closeness to the U street corridor but definitely a great deal for an apartment. The apartment feels like a community and everyone is friendly.

I have lived here for a bit over a year. The location is great, a lot to do in this part of town, although it is not always the safest area. The new mail box system is probably my favorite new amenity, it is much simpler and cleaner than the mess of boxes we used to have. The gym is now 24 hours which is great (finally), the up keeping/maintenance of the room could be better. The roof top is a very nice area for gatherings, but it closes early and does not allow alcohol (we are adults to pay to live here...). The turnover rate of office staff is also very high. There is also no system to support tenants if they get locked out outside of the business hours. Lock yourself out Friday of 5pm, security cannot assist you and you have to wait until Monday morning for assistance. Staff correspondence is always paper at the door, Id much rather receive an email.

The staff does a great job and tries but the access to the gym and rooftop is minimal. It makes me feel as though as residents we are not trusted. The response that is given back to me is that we are following CDC guidelines but my friends that live in other building have access to there common spaces, rooftops and 24hrs to their gyms. As a paying resident, id like to have more access to my amenities beyond business hours, I work two jobs and it makes it difficult to attend the gym or use the computer room if needed.

My complaint is not the staff, but residents on my floor failing to pick up trash in the hall when they drop it. The carpet in the hall is often stained.
