I enjoy it, never real had any main issues

Doors to the outside left in disrepair (not closing and locking when exiting / entering) for months and months. Stairwell graffiti (suggesting gang affiliations, such as MS13) left to linger for months and months. Trash area overflowing and populated by numerous huge rats.

unfortunately it has been no improvement on the amount of noise my upstairs neighbor- 6020 13 PL NW # 207- makes even at late hours of the night- 12, 1, 2 a.m.
