Great place to live. In close proximity to food and in up and coming part of town. Easy to get in and out of the city

Your staff has been unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I have had security guards request me and my guest to show IDs consistently whenever we stepped out of the building to pick up items from our parked car, literally within 20 mins. I have also made maintenance requests that were never addressed. You are letting some tenants run wild inside and right outside the building, which is something you surely have to try to manage better

This building has the potential to be great. Unfortunately management doesn’t care enough to make it live up to its potential. Residents spoke pot and tobacco in their units, which carriers over to hallways and neighbors, and the management does nothing about it. There was even a time when a neighbor died in their apartment and wasn’t found until a week later when the body started smelling and management just went home for the day at 5 pm. Better to look for a similar property in the neighborhood. Even if you pay a little more, you’ll have a management company that’s run by professionals.
