Apartment is beautiful i lve it just hate when the elevator not working but other then that everything is great

I have been living here for 3-1/2 years and love the look of my apartment. It is an open floor plan with hardwood flooring, microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge. The cabinets are plenty - I have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, one of which is attached to my bedroom. It's nice to have a bathroom in my bedroom, especially in the middle of the night when I don't want to walk too far from the bed. I have plenty of closet space - there is a fitness center in the building - a bike rack and laundry room in the basement. The apartment building is conveniently located near the highway and CTTransit's fast track buses are across the street. The noise level comes mostly from the high traffic area near the building and also the trains in the middle of the night, but trains do NOT come through every single night. Overall, it's a beautiful apartment with dramatic windows (almost floor to ceiling) and a great view (depending on which apartment you live in).

The Property Management staff is wonderful. I've been living here since the building was first built and have seen many managers and maintenance guys. Vanessa the manager is the best and Efrain is great. I'm happy here.

I have been part of the Columbus Commons community for the last four years, and my experience has been great. The complex is one of the nicest in the area, and the staff is very accommodating. Maintenance is always communicative and makes your repair request a priority. The office crew is both friendly and attentive. Parking is challenging to find, but the nearest garage structure provides more than enough space. The cleaning crew does their best to keep the building sparkling every morning.
