Everyone is pretty friendly for the most part. For an apartment complex it's not really noisy given the amount of tenants. Rent is extremely high though and the proposed rent increase seems very unfair for a two bedroom apartment.

Decent Place to Start
Decent place to start especially if transitioning from another state. Ample parking. Decent amenities. Could use a better laundry service but survivable.
