Decent Place to Start
Decent place to start especially if transitioning from another state. Ample parking. Decent amenities. Could use a better laundry service but survivable.
Springwood gardens
I have lives here 3 years honestly never had a lroblem love it . I would say the only thing is maintenance is really slow with the work orders being completed.
Rude staff, dirty, & not worth the amount
Leasing staff is very rude and dont resolve issues at all. They will tell you to handle it or call the cops. Unit is falling apart and they half way fix things or rig it just barely fix it. Loud outside at all hours of the night. No security main doors are always unlocked when theyre suppose to. Dog poop everywhere. Not worth the amount I pay
