Lamar Station Crossing

So far everything is great. Rent amount is fantastic and i have washer and dryer in my unit, which is amazing. But i have a first floor walk out i havent been able to use in the 2 months ive lived here because even though i put two work orders for it no one has come by to fix my door wich is missing a inside handle.

The staff could be A LOT nicer and cordial. Customer service is highly lacked... Ive had multiple negative experiences with Nicole. Right off the bat, she is so passive aggressive. And above neighbor is highly loud throughout the night. Stomps, moves furniture and I hear everything....ALL. THE. TIME.

Going on 2 years and overall a nice place to live. It can be a little noisey at times and people can't always read reserved parking signs. Staff is great and Maintenance is tip top ?? ??

Liking my new apartment a lot. Staff have been courteous and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and seem to know their way around their tools and the property really well. I can see myself living here for a good long time.

Very quite, clean and nice apartments, all the staff people are very nice persons

There is not enough playground for the kids in the living quarters of community.
