Shared HVAC: Suites 35A and 35B have separate entrances and interiors but share an HVAC system. The thermostat is inside Suite 35A- settings affect both residences and are maintained within the property’s standard range of approximately 70–75°F. Exclusive climate control is not available. Guests must cooperate with management on adjustments for both suites. Shared outdoor space: The yard and BBQ area serve three residences. Individual porches, entrances, garages, and assigned parking remain private to their respective residences. Security: Exterior cameras record audio/video at common outdoor areas and entrances only. No interior cameras. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis: Prohibited inside the residence, garage, and enclosed areas- designated outdoor area only, in accordance with property rules and applicable law.
