over all its maybe a little bit above average living.

3 years living here. Not so sure about the management nowadays. Was pretty good in the beginning. Two of the most upsetting issues here is the lighting in the night in the back side of the apartment. Every year I say something about it and it has never been fixed. They claim that the light bulb has been changed, but still no light. This is a safety issue. And secondly, there is not A/C in the all the apartments. Especially, for the elder population, I would think A/C and washing machines would be standard amenities.
