The Residences at Trolley Park was built and opened to residency in late 2007, and possesses 38 smoke-free units located in the vibrant City of Aurora, Colorado. There are 12 different floorplans set for all lifestyles, including 15 two-bedroom, one bathroom units, 20 three-bedroom, two bathroom units and 3 townhome-style 4-bedroom units, along with 70 underground parking spaces. Eligible families must earn 60% or less of the Area Median Income. Office is open on Mondays and Tuesdays, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hour closed for lunch. Please call (Relay 7-1-1 calls accepted!) or email prior to arrival so as to allow us to perform social distancing necessities.
If no floor plans are shown, Residences at Trolley Park may have nothing currently for rent... however, floor plan availability does not mean there is unit availability.
