We do have some requirements (our refundable pet deposit is $300 for your dogs and cats, less for your smaller animals) and the City of Aurora has some requirements we have to abide by, as well. Please vaccinate and spay/neuter your animals! Pet rent is $35 a month. Please call or email if you have specific questions!
