  • We love furry (and scaled, and feathered) friends! A friend, of course, who doesn't annoy their neighbors or leave waste around. We do have some requirements (our refundable pet deposit is $300 for your dogs and cats, less for your smaller animals) and the City of Aurora has some requirements we have to abide by, as well.  Please vaccinate and spay/neuter your animals!  Pet rent is $35 a month. Please call or email if you have specific questions! We have a commitment to Fair Housing and we are aware that service and support animals are not pets. If you require accommodations, please contact us.

Maintenance is a problem. I have waited months for repairs. One I have been waiting for 11 months. When I talk to staff they are not responsive.

Take their time lackof help

Dog poop needs to be picked up, been asking for repairs in my apt it takes months for repair, as well as always have issues paying the rent on the rent café app
