Any animal with the following attributes is ineligible: Guard/Attack animal, any animal that is permanently chained outside, any animal that has attacked, bitten, or has vicious tendencies such that it must be removed or restrained when people are present. We do not allow any undomesticated animals such as ferrets, monkeys, pot-bellied pigs, and/or exotic species as regulated under applicable law, or determination by property staff. Fish, birds, tarantulas, snakes, hamsters, and such small caged animals are allowed with a smaller deposit. All animals need to be properly registered with the City of Aurora, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated.  We request that your pet be of a sort to not exceed 35 lbs. at full weight. Larger animals need more space, and it is important for animals to be provided with plenty of opportunities to exercise, explore, and play.  For a dog or cat, the refundable deposit is $300. There is $30 pet rent each month. For a small caged animal, or up to 20 gallon fish tank, the deposit is $50, with no pet rent.
