You’ll love living near the 40th Ave & Airport Blvd rail station, which gives you easy access to shopping, dining, and the airport! We recently completed our lease-up, but if you would like to create an interest card for future availability, we encourage you to do so! We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, all under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. This gives us a maximum rent that can be quite competitive with market rates! (We are not an income-based rent property.)
