The four-story transit-oriented development offers a host of amenities, including access to Howard Lane Park, which recently underwent $5 million in restorations, street safety and sidewalk improvements that will benefit the entire neighborhood. The Iris is located near a trolley station and bus lines, family health facilities, employment centers and is less than a half-mile from an elementary school.
