Staff issues

Everything is fine, but no the office staff they are very rude and have no respect for the neighbors

Improvements.

There’s a lot work to do in this property. Second, third, fourth floor look nasty. It looks like they haven’t cleaned the floor since they builded the apartments. Parking lot when it rains it gets flooded. The maintenance system needs to improve a lot. It’s not right having only one person for maintenance for such a big building. I hope we can work in this together for having a better community.

The management are very attentive at anytime we need them. If there’s something that it needs to fixed, they are always there for you. I can not complaint about anything. They’re doing a great job!!
