Nice Apartments

We've been living here for over 6 years. Love our apartment. Whenever something is broken or we need help with anything the staff is nice and efficient. The property is clean and maintained at all times. The only problem I would say is the amount of homeless people that live around the area. However, I feel like that is going on everywhere.

Very decent place to live

I have lived at Mission Pointe for almost 10 years and if your income challenged is a great place to stay maintenance stays on top of everything, the staff is very helpful in the office. The place stays very clean outside of the apartment however is an environment where a lot of transients do travel, but they do a great job of keeping the apartment. Nice and neat With maintenance
