It is a wonderful place to live. Nice,quiet and affordable what more could you ask for.

Too noisy with being close to train. Wakes you up starting at 5 a.m. Tenants kids run screaming, running and playing in through hallways. The hallways are spilled with trash and liquid something. Need to clean more. No elevator access. No parking for guest. Tenants with multiple cars take up parking. Would like to have washer and dryer hookups. Carrying groceries and laundry up and down stairs from third floor is very difficult.
