I've been living at Vintage Chateau for 10 years. It is an excellent place to live. The property is well maintained and clean. The neighbors I've met are kind and friendly. The Pool and Hot tub are a Blessing to me, when they are open. I have disabilities and the Heated Pool is Great for physical therapy. The location next to the Plaza North Shopping Center is Very helpful for Seniors with mobility issues. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, CVS, and much more. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food Banks are on-site often thru the month. I would recommend Vantage Chateau as a Safe, Clean and Friendly place to live.

If you need affordable housing, this is a lovely place. The staff have been responsive and very nice. Maintenance is timely which is important in older buildings when the amenities (garbage disposals, toilets, etc.) no longer function as they did when new. I'm glad I had the choice to live here.

I've lived here for almost 8 years. The staff here is very responsive to anything that needs attention, both in my apartment and on the grounds. The property is very well maintained and always clean. I love the convenience of being able to walk to grocery and specialty stores and most of my medical offices. Living here just makes life easier and safer for someone living on their own.

Lived here for 10 years now. Nice neighbors and staff. Great location...within walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and walking paths and parks. Need more guest parking and the inspections every month or two are annoying. Other than that, enjoy living here.
