Clean and well maintainned building and premises

We've lived here for 3-1/2 years and we love it. This place is clean and well-maintained. We seldom have problem with our unit. I just wish the rent doesn't increase much.

Great place!

My husband and I have lived here since August 2020. We love it here because it's clean, quiet and very close to the hospital. Maintenance service is fast! Our unit is near the elevator so it is very convenient for us especially when we do grocery shopping. We receive food supplies every month. Though we haven't participated in most activities yet, we are planning to do so sometime. Residents and staff are very friendly. We exchange cards every Christmas and some holidays. We enjoy living here!
