Great place to live

Quiet place to live, the apartments are very spacious and excellently finished, the staff works very well, what I do consider is that there should be designated spaces for the recreation of adolescents.

Not Accessible for Families

No guest parking AT ALL. Good location and environment however if a family member with a disability or is a senior citizen they are forced to park across the street due to lack of sufficient parking resources

Hope you’re Upstairs because if not…….

It’s nice to be able to have a place in Oceanside that is affordable, but if you aren’t on the top floor, you may prefer to pay full price to live elsewhere. The noise is so bad, it’s practically unbearable. Thin ceilings/floors may be to blame but we all owe each other the common courtesy to refrain from unnecessary stomping/noise. Management will do literally nothing to help with the situation, even outright ignoring noise complaints. Invest in some $300 quality noise-cancelling headphones and be prepared to wear them everyday or just try not to be home, ever. It’s bad. That bad.
