obnoxious neighbors

the property itself is beautiful, living here is bearable due to low prices , but its unbearable to live with severely loud neighbors at all hours of the night they are up and are loud all through the night . i am unable to have adequate rest due to this as well as my children who go to school unrested and myself to work with little sleep .

My experience

I'm fine with living but I'm unhappy about losing the gate keypad code. I don't like using the card. It's an inconvenience to our visitors and deliveries we may have. Especially for someone who is disabled. Part of our rent includes use of the pool. Wè haven't been able to use it since the start of people moving in. We should have a prorated rent because of that. At least one security guard should remain in the office to be able to allow visitors and/or feliveries through the gate at anytime. Parking spaces should be assigned.
