I wouldn't recommend this place

The units are outdated despite rent gradually going up. The level of noise is ridiculous; kids will be out playing at all hours of the night which is extremely disruptive. Those in the office are helpful when they want to be.

They cut corners on repairs. I usually have to call over and over for the same repair because management takes long to approve parts or contractors

Could be better

Washers and dryer sometimes don’t work and the process to request a refund is ridiculous. Tenants are not been held responsible for the mess they kids make through tout the building. There are several tenants with dogs and they allow their animal to poop all over the grass and some even walk their dogs in the building without a leash. Tenants have their visitors parking in other tenants parking spaces.
