decent living conditions

Living here for us is good. We have been here 0ver 6 years. It would be nice to have assigned parking and for guests to park in area for it across from resident parking. Our section has been parking in our known spots that we all know. It would be good if pools would open this year since it is a Amenity. Also it would be nice to see a more security presence.

Future tenant

Haven’t quite move into my unit yet, however the staff has been super great with the application process. Carmen and Maisha were very kind and patient when it came to answering all my questions. I was approved for a newly remodel unit. Just based off how kind and welcoming the staff is I’m super excited to move in. You can tell they really care about their future tenants and go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Glad to have met such wonderful ladies.

Living at Park West

We have lived here 6 years next month and we are happy with apartment, and we have all we need under the current management. I wish pools was open this summer because of heat and all the children and sometimes parking a problem only when next section takes our spots but fortunately all in our section knows where we all park so problem has been improved. We are pleased with staff and response to needs for office and maintenance.
