Best rental value in The Inland Empire

I have lived at The Gardens going on 13 years. The apartments are well designed as well as beautiful. Every square foot is utilized well, no wasted spaces. This location is hard to beat because it is very close to all transportation needed. Taking a bus or the Metro Link train are all within a five minute walk. The beautiful Fontana senior center is located even closer-it's right next door. Taking a class or going on a little day trip as scheduled by the center couldn't be easier. There are scholarships available to help pay for these expenses. I pay my rent and make arrangements for any maintenance needed with just a click. If you don't have a computer there are some available on the first floor or just use the office drop slot. The property is well maintained and the office staff couldn't be more helpful. They are all well trained in property management. As an added bonus, there is a social worker on site to help with applications for special programs and needs. She also is in charge of social events such as bingo, movie night, and other activities especially around the holidays. There is a calendar provided to all residents on a monthly basis so it's easy to keep track of activities. I do recommend any and all of the CORE company apartment buildings in Fontana. There are four apartment buildings in this general area, The Gardens, The Village, The Fountains, and the beautiful Plaza.

Best Apartments for Seniors

I have lived here twelve years. The apartments are very affordable and well maintained. The staff is always looking for ways to help the residents. There is a social worker available to help with forms and enrolling in various programs. We have meetings to address any concerns we may have or just to share our ideas with the staff regarding social activities. We are provided with many opportunities to socialize: holiday parties, barbeques, bingo- games and special movies. Just a special mention to the staff, they did an outstanding job with our Thanksgiving dinner. The food was excellent and they provided staffing to serve the residents at the tables. We were impressed with their decorations as well.

Disappointed

It takes forever to get anything fixed! I don’t understand why my rent went up when I don’t even make enough to live in these apartments. My son helps me pay for my rent so it makes absolutely no sense why my rent would go up.
