It's a suitable title.

I have great neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves. I'm close to schools and stores. Everything I need is here and I'm fairly comfortable living here. The maintenance follow ups can be better, but overall I give this place an 8 out of 10.

Was a nice place, upkept when first arrival, but after the years of different tenants and maintenance it's just not the same. From a 10 it dropped down to a 4
