They can be more understanding and a little more nicer to people respectful and a little faster parking ahoukd cone with your leasing agreement trying to donall the extras I’m paying to be in a gated community i should be able to park ny vegicke inside my gate. They should be a little kire understanding when it cines to other people yes you have to pay rent keep your place maintain but not everybidy has the luxury of what other peopke have and its just be mindful if that. Maintenance is cool they try but i feel like they can be a lot faster or they beed to hire more people cause its always sonerhing and they always want then to work on a vacant before they help the people that’s renting a hnit so they can be better at that. The park can be remodled and dine ipbthey have a slide that is metal and in the summer uou dint want uour kids to go down the side ir play in that wood chippings because they can hurt themselves. Other than that the quietness us great even with the kids coning out to play not bad its changing and has changed for the better its just a few things they can change and get in order but has a lot of potential and will do great with minor changes.

I have no complaints

So far my experience living in this community i have no complaints. I love my home and the community is nice and quiet. I always get compliments on where i live and how my home is. I would recommend to live in this community.

Poor management

They dont fix anything and whwn you call they never pick up phone or email you back they have you back sign on papers and misplace things and they dont clean up the back only front they get new managers every half of a year
