Our building has the added bonus of housing the the Bell Gardens Senior Community Center on the ground level so we benefit from all the city provides. Our maintenance has always been quick to respond and address issues. Our location is somewhat removed from the main street so there is a noticable difference in noise and overall comfort. The only thing I wish there was more of, is security cameras. We get the occasional vagrant at night and I think we can improve overall security by placing them inside the building in common areas.
