New , nice ,
Looks nice but rushed construction and lots of damage already in the apartment , very poor cleaning job for move in … urine was all ovwr the toilet had urine all over it , it was quickly cleaned but tgere were other big issues … staff nice and promptly took care of me but i should not have had this issue in the first place
