I honestly love living at flats 520 The staff and facility as a whole is very quiet and clean. Best apartments I have ever had a chance to live in.

No convient parking for oversizec vehicles. I am now paying for 2 parking spaces.

Maintenance team is great but the building js only a few years old, I shouldnt be having maintenance issues. Location is fine but the rent is too high for what the place is. I shouldn't be charged for leasing office power costs on top of my rent
