Senior citizen's needs.

We are senior citizens who feel that we should be charged with paying for the light bulbs mounted under the microwave, We may not have people to come to help us shampoo the carpet and clean the ceiling fan blades. Maintenance put weather stripping on the the door, but you can still see the light coming through. The heating units only put out insufflate heat.in the winter months. On cold days I have to turn the oven on to warm the apartment
