We moved into Village at the Timbers over the summer and since then we have been nothing less than happy. I am able to park right outside my apartment no matter what time, or day of the week. Its very quite even on the bigger weekends. The maintenance is awesome and very fast. The front office workers are super helpful and nice people. I was worried about not having a washer and dryer in my apartment but laundry facilities onsite and super easy and cheap. We aren't renewing because we are moving out of state but if we weren't we'd defiantly stay another year. Also super pet friendly which is hard to find.

An average living space, the amentities were rated low because the laundry room is always messy and the work out room just recently opened ( I know thats out of their control ) the pool is nice and convenient. It was obvious how rushed it was to clean our apartment and renovate it. Our shower didn't even work the first night we stayed and that was unfortunate considering we had travelled all the way from Southern California that same day and moved all of our things in. All in all it has been an average experience.

The staff in the front office and maintenance workers are amazing! Emily in the front office has always been quick to resolve issues and answer questions. This location can be noisy if you live in the apartments that line the front gate due to the apartments across the way or cars driving by.
