Property reviewsMC on Aug 14, 2025My GF lived here for a year. Parking is great. The building is secure, and the location is not far from the train stations and bus stops for those who do not drive. One of the best places on the area. The apartment was located on the first floor, closed to the fitness center and the laundry room. Despite being verbally threatened by an unknown person that we haven't re-seen since, our experience at this place was great and my GF loved living there. I would recommend Regency House.

It is in a very nice area that is great for families of different sizes. It is close to public transportation. The apartment is structured well. Management ensures that areas directly around the buildings such as plants are well maintained. Professionals on all levels have been great in addressing needs. I recommend this management and apartment building.

Also a lot of things were broke when i moved in. for example, my tub doesn't work. My door knob to my bedroom randomly broke and wont screw back on. Other than that, everything else is fine. I love the cleaning ladies!!!!! Great job to them

Parking has always been available for me no matter what Ime I come home. It is a very quiet area. The staff is accessible and friendly, and they always respond to my calls, My only complaint is that they do not do the windows. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone interested in a nice place to live.

The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and just feels like home. From the moment I started the process of moving in, the property manager, Mikaila, made everything so smooth and stress-free. She’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, answering all my questions with a smile and guiding me through every step. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure tenants feel comfortable and heard. On top of that, the one time I had to submit a maintenance request, I was blown away by how quickly it was handled. The response was prompt, and the issue was fixed efficiently—no hassle, no delays. It’s clear that the team here cares about keeping the property in great shape. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience at Weaver and can’t recommend it enough—huge thanks to Mikaila for making it such a positive place to live!

Property reviewsAnonymous on Jul 30, 2024I got what I pay for and I’m happy with my choice. My apartment might lack luxuries and certain amenities but the location makes up for it. I like the fixtures, the storage space and the high ceilings that help cool down the space. Kichen area is smaller than optimal but i moslty eat out so its not a problem for me. So far I haven’t had any maintenance issues so i can’t rate their efficciency at dealing with management tickets. Although, the asistant property manager seems to be readily available and always replies to my emails in 1-3 hrs. I recommend this apartments for young people withput family who don’t mind guving up some amenities in lieu of a great location at a reasonable price
