RentCafe.com Coffee Maker Sweepstakes Fall 2025

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Yardi Systems, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies (and each of their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and individuals residing in the same household of each, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

By participating, the entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

2. ENTRY PERIODS:

The Sweepstakes Promotional Period begins on November 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PST) and ends on November 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PST). The winner will be randomly selected and notified within 30 days of the promotional campaign's end time. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during their Qualifying Interaction on RentCafe.com.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must successfully perform one of the following interactions during the Sweepstakes Period: (1) submit a contact form for a property on RentCafe.com, or (2) submit a request a tour or schedule a tour form for a property on RentCafe.com ("Qualifying Interactions"). The consent checkbox labeled "Enter me to win a Premium Coffee Maker. Official Rules apply." must be checked. A Qualifying Interaction is considered successful if it results in the submission of one of the forms enumerated above containing a valid email address. Interactions must take place on RentCafe.com. Interactions must be directed to U.S.-based properties only; interactions with properties located outside the United States are not eligible for entry.

For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, a Qualifying Interaction must be the first contact or tour booking for a property on RentCafe.com within the 90-day period prior to the entry. Only the first Qualifying Interaction with a specific property on RentCafe.com in that 90-day period will count as an eligible entry.

Interactions on the RentCafe Mobile App, in the My Account section, in the online lease application, or on third-party websites are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void all of that person's entries and that person will be deemed ineligible.

At its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to reject submissions from competitors, or competitor's employees in the property management software market. Any form of entry not stated in these Official Rules is void.

4. PRIZES:

One (1) premium coffee maker Ninja Espresso Machine and Drip Coffee Maker Luxe Café Premier Series or similar product selected by the Sponsor with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $500. The winner will be selected and contacted via the email address provided at the time of the Qualifying Interaction. Notification will occur within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. The prize is non-transferable.

5. WINNER SELECTION:

Each eligible entry will be counted as a single entry in the Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of qualifying interactions by the same participant. This ensures quality control and fair entry distribution. At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will export a list of all eligible participants based on the campaign dates and Qualifying Interactions.

One (1) winner will be selected at random using a third-party randomization tool.

The winner will be contacted by email and asked to provide a valid U.S. mailing address within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact. If no response is received within 72 hours, or if the address provided is outside the U.S. or invalid, a new winner will be drawn at random, and the process will repeat until one (1) eligible winner is confirmed.

Upon confirmation, an email will be sent to the winner, and the prize will be purchased and shipped via Amazon.com to the address provided. Shipment will occur within sixty (60) days of confirmation.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. There will be no in-person prize collection.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. All taxes on the prize, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or by the acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize and releases the Sponsor from any such liability.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or submission for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The conduct of the Sweepstakes and the selection of winners are at the Sponsor's sole discretion, and the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

Agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes.

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the entrant's participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify, or withdraw the transmission of these Sweepstakes.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights obligations of the participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of California.

All third-party trademarks appearing herein or elsewhere in connection with the Sweepstakes are the property of their respective owners.

The participant hereby agrees not to use any Yardi, RentCafe or third-party trademark except as expressly permitted by the trademark's owner.

7. WINNERS LIST:

A winners list may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Winners List, RENTCAFE.COM COFFEE MAKER SWEEPSTAKES FALL 2025, Attention: Yardi Marketing Operations, 430 South Fairview Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117. Requests for the winners list must be received by January 23, 2026.
