LOVELY APARTMENT IN A GREEN GLEN BEYOND THE MOUNTAIN

I have resided at Greene Glen for five years. That such a diverse community can live together so harmoniously gives me hope for the future. I recommend Greene Glen particularly because of the attractive environment: Surrounded by woods we are occasionally even visited by deer. A clear horizon with good exposition admits the rising and setting sun and moon. Evening is full of the cries of children playing. Such an environment tends to have a positive effect upon morale.

Green Glen Apts

I’ve been living here for 12 yrs. Most of those years I’ve enjoyed rearing my kids in a community. Lately it has gotten bad with drug abusers/ users. I no longer feel safe with my kid outside. I’ve been in the same Apt for those many years and I can not even get new carpets. I asked for a transfer due to the fact I’m living in a disabled Apt (we are not disabled) and we are out growing the place. I was told no to both. I would think that I would have some seniority being that I’ve been her for so long, pay my rent timely, and follow the rules.

Everyone does what they want when they want ! You have to beg for stuff to get done and then u may get attitude! Oh yeah and when you call Management they give u attitude as well. Woda cooper company needs to rehire ASAP ! The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Great location for me beautiful unit.

AUTOMOTIVE POLLUTION

Residents too often leave their cars running in the parking lot for no reason. The exhaust pipe emissions poison the air with fine particles that enter the respiratory system and then the blood stream and cause cancer and many other pathologies. Such emissions cause millions of premature deaths in the world each year. Also, the auditory pollution caused by the honking of automatic security systems is annoying.

Pet Policy

A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.
