Horrible staff, bad living situation

The staff was rude, my problems were never fixed and they still owe me my security deposit after i moved out in July 2022 it is now December 2022. They continue to dodge my calls and give me the run around when i inquire when they will return my money

One of the best Places to live

The place is great, however, management's policy to pay additional $34 for water and sewage per month is wrong a strategy. The place is not full plus it seems that there is a relative high turnover rate. People come and go all the time...I do not know how this it can work for management in the long run...

Great Place to Reside

I have lived at Bon Vista since the Spring of 2013. I have never had any major issues the Maintenance or office staff was not able to address in a timely manner. The development is quite as well as family-friendly. I love that the property is in a good school district as well. Although my unit is a bit dated, the property manager keeps the landscaping and property looking great.
