Been here almost 3 years and am quite comfortable with the apartment.
Close to everything & it's a cozy place
Everyone around the apartments seem nice and courteous. Although I hear all the noise from the roadway and the backyard tends to be swampy after any amount of rain. Other than that, I can't complain.
1 year later...
Pro: cheap, allow pets, good parking Con: no dishwasher, washer or dryer n unit. You can hear your neighbors as if they were next to you.
Great place!
I've lived here for almost two years now and will be renewing for a third year. Barrington North is a generally quiet place, with a great location - close to WVU, the hospitals, and many places to eat. The only complaint I have is that there is no in-unit laundry, but it's not that big of a deal as there is on-site laundry facilities and they are pretty clean.
