Great Place to Live

I have been living in Spark Black Bear village since October 2021. I have enjoyed living in this high end luxury apartment and am availing of the facilities such as Gym, Swimming Pool, Yoga Room etc. The rent is on the higher side and will appreciate if it can be brought down a little to make it more affordable in this age of high inflation.

Lived at Black off and on for a year, loved my stay and the staff. Pool could be kept cleaner as should be able to see the bottom at all times. other then that it has been great staying here.

Need phone receptionist!

Lived here for 2 years. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. They do need to hire someone to answer the phone when you need to get in touch with them. Nice apartment living room could be a bit bigger. Bathrooms are nice have to bathrooms both have bathtubs. One should have been a walk-in shower. Nice walk-in closet in master bathroom. rents average for Morgantown. Doors to the outside sound like a shot gun going off when someone enters the building and people going in and out all times of the day and night makes it tough to sleep at times if your apartment is next to one. I would recommend it for a place to live!! Location is great everything you need almost in walking distance.

Fobs

Moved in on Friday, 9/30/22. Was given 2 fobs. Went all weekend and could not get in the building unless someone let us in. Checked on Monday morning and both fobs were bad. Was given another fob which was good, but was told others were ordered and could not tell me when they would be in. Really need two fobs. Inconvenient only having one.
