Does not worth the rent

It doesn’t worth to pay this rent just because it is close, it doesn’t have shuttle or any other facilities like gym, poll, etc. For sure there will be better options

Consistently Responsive Management

Ok, here's why Bent Tree is getting 5 stars. We were having carpet issues and the new management absolutely took care of us. We were also having noisy neighbor issues and they have also addressed that. Maintenance has always been responsive, especially for things that were time sensitive like the disposal. We came just a few months before the new management arrived and although rent is going up a little bit, we can tell they are willing to work with us and that they intend to make good changes here. They have been easy to work with, friendly, and reasonable. Long story short, we were a little uncertain at first, but we are more than satisfied and management has been very consistent at taking care of valid concerns. If you are looking for an apartment that is affordable, with polite management and generally respectful neighbors, I'd recommend. Other perks: walking distance to campus and also law/health sciences if you're ok climbing the hill. Bike path along the Mon just across the street. We've never had an issue finding a parking spot. Pretty view.
