Easy Living
I had to move from Midlothian, VA. My former partner with whom I lived had to move into a nursing home due to a stroke. His large house was sold. Looked on the web. 2 bedroom apartments were expensive, unless you were willing to live in the boonies.Decided on WV and rented a 2 bedroom in this complex, sight unseen. Moved in October 2022. The place was spotless. The young lady Gina in the rental office friendly and efficient. Same goes for the maintenance man Greenland. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. My neighbor is not noisy at all which is a blessing. The gentleman who took ownership last year started immediately with improvements: A dog park, new roof, better landscaping etc. He keeps us tenants informed of any upcoming projects via e-mail. And what he promises he does. Another plus: the rent is now paid via the internet - saves you a trip to the rental office. The only negative point: there are no screens on any of the windows. I had never lived in a house or an apart without them. If you are not bothered by this - fine. I find it unsanitary and a nuisance. Don't need any uninvited flying "pets". I have a sweet,strictly indoors and declawed cat - enough pet for me. Other than that, it is a nice place to live at a reasonable price. 1/1/2024

Alpine Apartments
I have lived here for a few months now and I love it. The location is great and close to town but far enough away. Sometime I wish there could be more parking available. I love the dumpsters instead of the trash cans. The upstairs neighbors can be a bit noisy sometimes especially in the late evenings when I am trying to sleep. But overall I love it.
