Perfect location with access to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Rent is very reasonable for the location. Internet is super fast (Comcast or Frontier) Staff respects your privacy and is a pleasure to talk to, very down to earth. New water heater, and a very cozy, safe little house for a single guy like myself. Cons: Responsible for lawn care which adds to the rent essentially. Maintenance never fixed the dishwasher despite me asking them to service it multiple times, however they were quick to fix the ac and electical outlet on seperate occasions. Interior/Exterior is dated and cabinets smelled bad when I moved in, however all walls were freshly painted and super clean upon moving in. Overall, this was an amazing experience despite a few minor issues stated above, throughout the 2 years I was here. I’m grateful for the time here and would recommend them to anyone.
