Love all the staff and neighborhood. Up keep on the complex has been fine. Do think laundry facilities and interior of apartments need upgraded for price u pay but other than that it is a great place

I moved to West Virginia from NC back in 2020 and was provided with temporary living quarters at Garden Park from the company that I work for. I decided to remain at Garden Park after the temporary living quarters were finalized. This area in WV is a great area to live (fine dining, shopping, and minutes away from the expressway) and Garden Park is a great place to reside. The staff is excellent and friendly and GP has the best maintenance staff out of all of the states that I have lived in. I will remain until I purchase my home, which hopefully will be in the same area. I highly recommend Garden Park rentals for anyone looking to live peacefully with a caring and supportive staff!
