Attention to customers
I recently moved into this apartment complex and was initially disappointed to find that the unit I was assigned had several issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and action taken by the management team. Within just two days, they had addressed all the issues and moved me into a different, more suitable unit. I was impressed by the leadership and attention to customers shown by the staff. They were professional, efficient, and made sure that my needs were met in a timely manner. Despite the initial setback, I am now happy with my new apartment and grateful for the excellent customer service provided by the management team. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others looking for a new place to live. The staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience
I love Overlook at Riverside!
I have lived here at Riverside for over a year now, and just signed another year. The staff have always been helpful, the amentities are the best in the area. Its quiet, the neighborhood is kind and respectful.
Agreeable
It is a nice community to live in. The build and insulation are sub-par, making sound travel. Not very kid friendly. There isn't a groundskeeper to clean and sweep the area. It is also lacking in trash bins and playground.
Constructive criticism
We've lived here for about a year now, walls are thin, our upstairs neighbors are very noisy at night. We moved from a third floor room because we had noise complaints against us, but there is no way we created as much noise as our current upstairs neighbors, especially after hours. Property could use a playground, more trash cans and more property upkeep in the hallways / breezeways.
Beautiful, luxurious living
If you want a friendly neighborhood that exudes luxury, and stress free living, this is the place for you. I’ve lived in my apartment home for a year now and have only positive things to say. My place certainly doesn’t feel like an apartment, it feels like home! I absolutely love the vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors & modern finishes. I’ve had to call the main office couple times and each time the staff were really professional, helpful and always seem concerned about any issues at hand. The maintenance are great, and always timely if there’s a workorder for something to be looked at/repaired. They also do a great job making sure the property looks nice and tidy. I will renew my lease again and recommend this complex to anyone who’s in the market for a new place.
