I have been here 5 years. It is ok, I do not like that every year the rent increases making it more expensive to live here not making the amenities worth it so I believe the most people should stay is 2 years. Hope to move within the new year. Neighborhood is not that bad nor is neighbors. Have not interacted with staff much but they seem to be professional and take care of any minor repairs I have ever needed done.

Excellent apartment for my son while he attends Shepherd University. The location is incredibly convenient—right off the interstate, with plenty of parking, nearby stores and a grocery store within walking distance. The grounds are well-maintained, and the management team is friendly and easy to work with.
