I like the location, the convenience close to the main highway and roads intersecting and the people. close to a local store, gas station. I also appreciate the rent price as it is a reasonable price for the amenities. I do wish there was a water softener installed into the property, quality paint for the walls, a more accommodating parking situation. There are too many cars parked along the roadways, I also think there should be a weight restriction on dogs here. I come across neighbors with big dogs and they can be loud. I also wish people would pick up their dog's potty gifts. I notice the neighborhood roadways in certain areas in the neighborhood can be wonky to drive on.
