The parking is really bad and you occasionally have someone parked behind your driveway and you can’t get out. The Maintenance is non-responsive they make excuses why they can’t fix stuff. It’s very hard to get a hold of the main office. They do not return calls. The pricing is fair, but they are cheaply built. You can feel cold air coming up from the floor in the master bedroom over top of the garage. Nothing was properly sealed. You can hear everything through the walls if you have a neighbor. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet access to Dollar General right across the street has proven to be very convenient as well as the 711 right outside of the neighborhood. There was lots of pre-existing issues upon me moving in and I have had to call Maintenance several times. I’ve had a hole in my ceiling that leaks when I shower in my master bedroom since I moved in 6 months ago, they’ve still not fixed. Emergency maintenance does not respond either. The neighborhood is a revolving door with people constantly moving in and out. The price is fair enough for what you get but maybe last resort….

I love the location to all of the history and close to other commercial options, enjoy the updated design and amenities. Maintenance has been helpful, lately it's been challenging, on a current issue I am having, office staff have been responsive, waiting on action. I've been informed they are making updates in the neighborhood. I do find parking to be an issue, to many cars parked along the roadway. wish they had bigger driveways and wish people weren't racing up and down the neighborhood streets on motorcycles and loud cars

I've enjoyed living here for the past several years. My only problem is the ever-increasing rent, which will drive me out within the next year. I find that a purchase will lower my monthly output significantly...but until I find a place to buy, I'll be satisfied living here.

I have been here only a short while and have been enjoying it thus far. The neighborhood is quiet and people really seem to keep to themselves. This is definitely a family oriented neighborhood which is a huge plus! Its very close to a lot of shopping which is also really nice. My two biggest complaints is the parking. You do get a driveway and garage but the driveway is JUST big enough to fit a single car a second would hang over the sidewalk and possibly hang over into the street. The garage is also JUST big enough to fit a standard sedan. Otherwise you have 1 additional parking option in front of your own driveway...they say theres overflow parking but its hardly that. My second issue is about maintenance. They have no way of notifying you of their time of arrival on Wednesdays when they come for maintenance calls. I have a baby that they have waken up several times because Im unable to get to the door to tell them we're down for a nap. They bang on the door and then come in yelling to alert you that they're there. I wish there was a text/call system to let you know what time they're coming. They are very nice though! There is also an issue about getting ahold of the front office, they're not great about getting back to you with calls.
