Apartments are outdated and price keeps going up. Maybe ask tenants what they need replaced in their apartments

Parking spots are way too small, not enough visitor parking, hallways always smell, neighbors are very messy and it makes these apartments look trashy. Washer and drier are outdated and leave clothes stained

Rent is decent priced for what's available. If something needs fixed they don't waste time and get it fixed. Could have better/more laundry units as sometimes it's a struggle to get access to the 2 units they have. Plenty storage space for tenants. Overall satisfied
