Nice Apartments, Amenities, and Maintenance

We've lived at Latitude 43 for over 2 years and love our apartment space. Gas range is one of my personal favorites and the rent is 'ok' given the market. Maintenance is pretty responsive when we have issue, so no complaints there. There are some minor gripes, but not anything that was a dealbreaker for us to prevent re-signing the lease. Cons: - Parking lot is slightly rundown - cracks and dips that seem to have worn away over time. Understand that doing construction would cause some inconvenience/traffic to residents, but it does make the apartment complex look "worse" on the outside. - Communal grill doesn't seem to be "checked" on frequently. Every now and then, there wouldn't be enough gas to heat it through, the temperature gauge on the side hasn't been working properly. Caveat here is that this is probably true of most apartments. - Rent increase was ~12% last year

Maintenance Issues

Having some difficulty getting an issue fixed that has been known about since I moved in (Just over a month). I am hoping my issue can get resolved soon, and with more traction.

Love it here!

I've been living here for about a month now, and I've been loving it! It's so quiet and gorgeous. Both the apartment and having the open country just outside is perfect.
